Any item purchased carries a money-back guarantee of satisfaction as long as it is returned in its original condition, as purchased. This guarantee is otherwise unconditional for a period of ninety (30) days from date of purchase. It may be extended indefinitely by the Company, at its discretion, depending on the circumstances.

All items are sold as antiques, all guns are black powder, therefore the seller makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations whatsoever as to the fitness for use, safety to fire, use, or store, or reliablilty of any item or parts or components of same. Any use of same is entirely at the User's risk.

The Seller expressly disclaims any & all liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage, resulting to any person or persons, from use or storage of any item.

This Guarantee is in effect from 01/01/97.
